1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AuditIntelligenceSuite.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Audit Intelligence Suite.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform to: • Generate AI-assisted regulatory summaries, compliance checklists, and gap analyses. • Interact with Hakim for regulatory research across SAMA, ZATCA, NCA, PDPL, and Labor domains. • Upload documents for AI-powered analysis. • Export reports for internal professional use. You may NOT: • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently prepared professional advice, audit opinions, or certified compliance reports. • Use the Platform to provide advisory services to third parties without disclosing the AI-assisted nature of the work. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary algorithms. • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi Arabian regulations. • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access. • Submit malicious inputs designed to manipulate or exploit the AI system.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload and all outputs generated through your use of the Platform. However, you acknowledge that outputs are AI-generated and may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You grant Audit Intelligence Suite a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely to provide the service. The Platform's design, branding, software code, and proprietary methodologies remain our exclusive intellectual property.
4. Subscription & Payment
Access to the Platform is offered through subscription tiers as displayed on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified. Refunds are handled in accordance with Saudi consumer protection regulations. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
6. Uptime & Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party service failures, or cyberattacks.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited use, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination, after which it will be securely deleted unless retention is required by law.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including applicable Sharia principles. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
