Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, Sharia-compliance, or any other form of professional advice. No client-professional, attorney-client, or advisory relationship is created between you and Audit Intelligence Suite by your use of the Platform. You should consult qualified, licensed professionals before making any decisions based on information obtained through the Platform.
3. AI-Generated Content Limitations
All outputs produced by the Platform — including regulatory summaries, compliance checklists, gap analyses, risk assessments, and chatbot responses — are generated by artificial intelligence models (powered by Anthropic Claude). These outputs have NOT been reviewed, verified, or approved by licensed auditors, lawyers, or regulatory professionals. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, or misinterpretations of regulatory requirements.
4. Verification Obligation
You are solely responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated outputs against official regulatory sources before relying on them in any professional capacity. Official sources include but are not limited to: sama.gov.sa (Saudi Central Bank), zatca.gov.sa (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority), nca.gov.sa (National Cybersecurity Authority), sdaia.gov.sa (Saudi Data & AI Authority — PDPL), hrsd.gov.sa (Ministry of Human Resources), and cma.org.sa (Capital Market Authority). The Platform does not guarantee that its outputs reflect the most current versions of any regulation, circular, or guideline.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audit Intelligence Suite, its founders, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform or its outputs. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from regulatory penalties, failed audits, incorrect filings, missed deadlines, or any business losses.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Audit Intelligence Suite and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your reliance on AI-generated outputs, or your violation of these terms.
7. Governing Law
This Disclaimer and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including applicable Sharia principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
